Do what feels good!

If it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it!

If it doesn’t quite sit right!

If your not quite sure....

If it doesn’t excite you, don’t do it!

Do what your body craves!

Do what your mind craves!

Do what you heart craves!

Do those things your dying to do inside of you & do what feels good!

Do you ever wake up, look in the mirror and thing FUCK YES!?

Or do you wake up and look in the mirror and think to yourself ehh, my arm is a bit fat, what’s that bit over there? Ew where did that bit come from?

We’ve spent so much time taring ourselves apart, comparing ourselves to others, how we used to be, what we wish we were or some twisted sterotype of what we should be that we forget to embrace what we already are.

We hide parts of ourselves, we let them go, we tell ourselves that it’s not good enough, we’re not good enough, we must do better, be better, look better!

But then we let’s small parts of ourselves go!

We’re so busy looking at other people, looking at other things, looking outside of ourselves for all the things we love, we’re not taking the time to dive deep and love what’s within, or what’s even on the outside.

Someone’s always got one better, you could pick any person who’s got 1 thing better than you, then you combine them all together and your just left having built everyone else up on some unrealistic pedestal in your head while never acknowledging ALL that you are. OR acknowledging that everyone is looking at you, and doing the exact same thing to themselves!!!

Little steps, little yes’s, retraining your brain to love what it sees, retraining your brain to know, love & value all that you are!!

How can you rebuild that confidence in yourself? Start with the things that feel good! That feel good! That look good! That sound good! What bits do you like? Do more of those!

What excites you?! What does your body crave?! What can you feel inside of you dying to pour out?
